So many people are living in situations of frustration and pain; this is a choice and can be altered, cleared and renewed. A conscious decision must be made to begin to tap into the one source of energy, love and infinite wisdom. Think energetically powerful thoughts, affirm the ideas and begin to feel yourself expand on every level of being.

To keep you fit emotionally, spiritually and physically is an energy enhancer in and of itself. Loving you is both energizing and healing, recall that all love begins and ends within us first. Energy flows where loves goes! It’s easier to attract and magnetize love to us when we love us foremost. The expression and demonstration of pure love raises the vibrational level of the giver and of the recipient. Increasing our vibrational level elevates us to a higher and more aware place or state of being.

So then we must clearly set our intentions on energizing our world and beyond by way of love. Everything begins and ends with the beautiful and perfect circle of love. Hold loving thoughts around any situation causing you hurt or anger. Feel the shift within you occur when you love instead of hate. Your power becomes that of an irresistible magnetic force of love and energy!

I’ve learned some things along the way…such as; you don’t always get what you want because sometimes you end up getting something better. Maybe that something better is something you never even thought possible! Don’t you love the Universe’s way of surprising us?

For instance, several years ago I thought I wanted to own a vacation resort business in Canada. Forget about the fact that I didn’t research the topic of owning a business in Canada, a foreign country for me! I just did what I am usually famous for, I jumped right in and figured out along the way that maybe I shouldn’t own a business in Canada. Ah…hindsight is indeed 20/20. Okay, so some day I will write a book about the entire Canadian resort adventure but for now suffice it to say, it was an adventure and a pricey learning experience.

God had a bigger and better plan for me, something I hadn’t even thought of for myself. I was very clearly called upon to travel back to the USA and to pursue my career as a writer, speaker and coach. I met my wonderful love, John and he alone was worth the fiasco in Canada…I had to go through “that” to get to John. And along the way I learned to trust Spirit more, to pay closer attention to my intuition and to act upon those little stirrings and internal messages I receive daily. For instance, in order to achieve the Canadian resort purchase, I had to shuck, jive and shuffle lots….maybe that should have been my first clue that it wasn’t meant to be. My intuition tried to warn me several times to bail on the entire adventure but I thought I knew better, ugh!

Along the way, I became a wiser person. Along the way, I met some really cool and interesting Canadians. Along the way, the Universe showed me compassion and love. Along the way, I lost some friends but gained some life long spiritual connections. Along the way, the truth was revealed about me and the good news is I don’t have to have a million dollars to be happy!

They say that the journey is in fact the most important aspect in the pursuit of our life goals and I must say…I agree because along the way is where you really define what is important and what is just “stuff.” The destination is a fantastic place to be but don’t forget to become more…along the way

The United States was founded on a dream of a brighter future. Our founding fathers saw beyond what was a wild frontier and they saw what could be… a fabulous, thriving and prosperous nation of dynamic people!

Okay, so our country has taken some hits lately and our economy appears to be stalled out. Embarrassingly enough, our dollar is at an all time low and the tough economic crunch is having an effect on everyone in the good ole USA.

It is, perhaps, time for a little reminder of our true American spirit! We are winners; we are super world powers and entrepreneurial geniuses! All things must pass and soon our challenging financial times will indeed pass. Can we make the economy better, faster? I say…YES!

Vision is seeing what has yet to occur on the physical level. In other words, you can see it in your mind’s eye and your belief will soon bring it about in the world of the physical. How exciting for all of us then to begin visioning a brighter future today and not wait for tomorrow! Let’s insist that the economy turn around now, we can vision it…believe it, affirm it and then create it physically!

Today is the day or our dreams! Let’s affirm that statement together, today is the day of our dreams! It’s time to trust in our visions and to really monitor what it is that we are “seeing” in our minds eye because we will surely bring it about. We are so powerful and yet, right now many of us are feeling very small and insignificant. Personal power is REAL and so is the spirit of the American people! Lack is an illusion and we can feed that illusion until it becomes bigger or we can begin today to deny limitation and lack. We will see a brighter future for our country as soon as the majority of us decide that that WILL be our truth from this day forward. The media is feeding us fear; lack, limitation and despair…don’t buy it! Refuse to accept anything else but abundance and prosperity for yourself and for your neighbors.

Without a vision the people will perish. Not us, not this country! Step up now and refuse to play small any longer. As a collective consciousness of empowerment…we truly are One Nation Under GOD!

You have an opinion? Everyone has an opinion and just because it is your opinion, it doesn’t mean it is the only way.  Accept others for their uniqueness, creativity and ideas even when they differ from yours.

The world is ever changing and some of the best ideas haven’t even been thought of yet! When we accept others for their traditions, beliefs, new thoughts and old patterns…we begin the process of forgiveness. Kindness comes from acceptance and forgiveness is cultivated through compassion for everyone whom may or may not be on your wave length.

We have all heard the old adage, your mind is like a parachute…it only works when it is open!
