Create Accountability Within Your Team

Teach your team members to be accountable to themselves but more importantly to each other and to the team as a whole. When everyone shows up for the presentation or training calls the message is a powerful message of unity and teamwork.

When one or more team member makes excuses week after week as to why they keep missing important team events, you as the leader must confront them. Confronting doesn’t have to be a painful experience, but an opportunity to guide them to get back on track and to remember their goals.
