Give Your Team Members Assignments
Remember to give assignments to your new people…establish yourself as the, “guide” or “the leader.” You move and they move, you move and if they don’t move…go find someone who will!
Explain to your team members that you are just one person. Therefore, the responsibility is on them to show to you how committed they are to their business by phoning or emailing you daily. You don’t have time to chase around your team members when your team is rapidly growing. You are busy and successful. Teach them to be independent and expect more from them! You are not in the business of doing it for them, you are a leader and you are in the business of guiding and assisting those on your team to stay on track and to create success for themselves.
