Generating sales, training new associates and developing leaders is certainly not rocket science, that’s for sure. Every one of these things is easy, simple and duplicable with the right “user friendly” system in place. I’m into simplicity! Clever computer programs, websites and prospect tracking systems are not necessarily for you to be successful: they are handy if available however it’s not life and death if they aren’t. If you are new to this business or recommitting yourself, they can be distracting. Don’t allow yourself to become distracted with a lot of record keeping. Those are all enhancements you may choose to add once you’ve experienced success.

The bottom line is: Always remember that anything you do will be duplicated by your team members. You’re the leader who is guiding, pointing, and steering your team member to success. Remember to K.I.S.S (Keep It Super Simple)!
