Positive energy is irresistible to the powerful, universal forces operating around us. When you’re laughing you can’t be anything but positive. Smile and attempt to be upset at the same time, you can’t do it. Creativity is available to us by way of humor and fun. Dance around, clap your hands and laugh like you did when you were a child. Feel the shift within you take place when you smile and chuckle. A lighthearted energy begins to open up yet another dimension of awareness and spiritual connectiveness through joy.

Laugh and the world laughs with you, we’ve all heard that cliché before and how true it is! When you’re smiling a sense of well-being and happiness comes over you. When one person begins to feel better and smiles, the domino effect takes place and everyone around that person begins to feel better too.

As small children we used to play outside, climbing up into the trees and onto the monkey bars at a park. We were exuberant and excited to laugh, play and create positive energy all around us. Then we became adults and for some reason the play was forgotten and we became convinced that we had to do this thing called, “work.” Just for today…play more, work less!
